Mark Thielenhaus

Chief Executive Officer

Mark Thielenhaus is responsible for the strategic development of the group as well as all financing and controlling tasks. He is also responsible for filling key management positions and the contract management.

In the early years of his career, Mr. Thielenhaus worked for the technology group SCHOTT in the field of corporate strategy and mergers & acquisitions, focusing on corporate sales and investments.

During his time at Roland Berger, eventually as partner in Corporate Performance, he gained experience primarily in restructuring and increased profitability of companies.

Most recently, he was CEO of Sixt Leasing AG (approximately EUR 500 million in sales). After the successful restructuring in the crisis years of 2008 and 2009, profitability has been sustainably increased to the highest level in the company's history.

Since 2013, Mr. Thielenhaus has been working on the establishment and expansion of the group companies and the integration under the umbrella of the engionic AG.

Mr. Thielenhaus has an MBA from the University of Mannheim.

Susan Thielenhaus

Chief Commercial Officer

Mrs. Thielenhaus is responsible for the group-wide marketing and sales development as well as the international expansion of the group companies. Additionally, human ressource development and the project management office belong to her responisbilities.

With over 10 years of sales and management experience, most recently as Senior Director Key Account Management at Sixt AG with a sales responsibility of over EUR 200 million and more than 70 employees, Mrs. Thielenhaus brings valuable experience for the organic sales development of the group.

In addition, she managed the Sixt start-up company Sixt Mobility Consulting from the initial idea for more than 3 years as managing director and increased sales from 0 to 35 million.

In addition, Mrs. Thielenhaus has been responsible for the group-wide product management of Sixt for four years.

Since 2014, Mrs. Thielenhaus has supported the sales and market development of the group companies and the establishment of the engionic group holding company.

Mrs. Thielenhaus has a Master's degree in Business Administration from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
